Nordic B2B Marketing Manager

As our B2B Marketing Manager you will
You will play a critical role in building the Nespresso Professional Brand in the Nordics, and successfully apply your knowledge, experience and insights from a B2B Marketing perspective.
In cooperation with our network of Nordic agents, define and align on a B2B Marketing strategy, focusing on accelerating new customer acquisition and building brand awareness
Ensure agent Marketing plan is aligned with overall Nespresso Marketing plan in terms of priorities eg sustainability
Ensure agent communication is aligned with Nespresso brand guidelines, as well as Nordic communication strategy
Become the Marketing interface with the B2B agents across Nordics and ensure Marketing excellence across Nespresso Professional agents through dedicated support, coaching and monitoring

You`ll be joining a dynamic and international team spread across the Nordics and our Swiss Headquarters. We live by an open, collaborative, and supportive culture where empowerment is key. In addition to our agents in the Nordics, you will be working closely with the Nordic Marketing Manager, B2B Commercial and HQ B2B Marketing as well as other stakeholders.
The position can be based in Oslo, Stockholm or Copenhagen. You will be reporting to the Nordic Marketing Manager, Linda Fazekas, based in Stockholm.

Professional skills
University degree in Marketing, Economics or equivalent
At least 5 years experience from B2B Marketing, eg as a Product and/or Brand Manager
Worked for an organization with leading brands and a strong commercial mindset
Experience in digital lead generation and CRM/customer life cycle management
Experience from working with agents and B2B Marketing in hotel, restaurant, café or from the food & beverage industry would be considered a plus.
Personal skills
You are proactive and have a positive and can-do attitude, you like to challenge the status quo and are not afraid to propose new ideas.
Strategic and analytical mindset
Team worker with strong collaboration skills
Strong capacity to positively convince and influence since you will be working through our agents
Result oriented
Fluency in English and Swedish, Norwegian or Danish is a must.
