Key Accountabilities:
Lead sales, customer support and retention strategy in B2B area;
Identify channels and selling opportunities for all markets and active cooperation with Country managers on sales and marketing plans;
Monitor that the team is meeting and exceeding the sales and retention goals;
Control that Account Managers in his/her team are keeping requested documentation of all interactions with applicants;
Set collections operational strategy to meet team recovery and overdue targets;
Developing sales talent using sales management techniques with a focus on growth
Drive team to follow up on leads and maintain a daily active pipeline as well as top up loans and additional products;
Ensure all service and sales interactions with customers are maintained within Multitude set standards and call quality assurance is in place;
Control that sales leads are actively followed up on;
Developing sales pitches and materials using self-conducted market analysis;
Hire and Train account managers responsible for multiple markets in Europe


Requirements:
Leadership skill – leadership experience and proven track record of successful B2B sales, telesales, and sales support functions, keeping employees motivated through the use of compassion and other interpersonal skills;
Sales and Care orientation – the goal will be to build the lifetime value of your customers. The candidate needs to have a proven record of results in the sales area and sales support;
Adaptability – We are a dynamic company constantly innovating our business practices. The ability to change and adapt is deeply in our DNA;
Empathy – we are a team of respectful people acting with respect and candour. We are looking for people who will fit into this environment.
Sales Hacker approach – Seeking new ways how to boost sales and retention results;
Excellent communication skills – open and clear communication in person, over the phone, via email, and across teams. The candidate will cooperate with multiple business functions to ensure the customer’s needs and expectations are properly met;
