B2B Partnership Manager
As our partnership manager based in the Swedish office, you secure and nurture relationships with one.com’s strategic partners that promote one.com products and services to their customers, and use them to create new value for end users. You join a dynamic, high-paced, data-driven marketing team and have room to grow your role and footprint over time. Success is defined through achieving targets related to customer growth and revenue.
Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and sign up strategic B2B partners in Sweden and the Nordic region
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the main point of contact for ongoing collaboration and support
Nurture partner relationships by providing the resources, training, and marketing materials to facilitate joint marketing activities
Focus on recruiting high-quality customers who are likely to stay beyond their free trial period, ensuring a sustainable customer base
Regularly monitor partner performance, track KPIs, and provide accurate reporting to management
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B partnership management or business development, ideally within the web hosting or related technology industry
Strong ability to identify and engage potential partners, negotiate agreements, and foster long-term relationships
Proficiency in English and Swedish is required; another Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian) is a strong plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally
Result-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Familiarity with digital marketing and content creation, enabling the development of compelling joint marketing activities
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
