Your team 
Our Nordic eMobility team is a proud part of bigger E.ON, one of Europe’s largest energy companies. E.ON is one of the strongest operators of European energy networks and energy-related infrastructure, as well as a provider of advanced customer solutions for more than 50 million customers. Responsibilities
Seize the chance to be part of our Nordics proposition rollout team and create prospects for E.ONs future but also for your own. We can’t wait to meet you- because none of us is as strong as all of us. As our B2B Proposition Owner you will:  
•    Be the entrepreneur for the propositions in your responsibility and contribute to scale E.ON’s eMobility business in the Nordic markets while accelerating our path to a net zero society
•    In scope are business solutions including @home, @work and @public charging solutions as well as smart charging, energy and added value services 
•    Own your B2B customer value propositions from 360° view, especially the localization of our global portfolio including the go-to-market in the respective countries as well as the full proposition lifecycle management across these countries
•    Take full responsibility for the local roadmap and be hands-on in the proposition implementation from an E2E view across marketing, commercial and operational dimensions in close alignment with other countries 
•    Maintain a structured and excellent customer and market understanding to guide a customer-centric decision making and feed your market know-how into global proposition portfolio processes while keeping track of right satisfaction metrics of your portfolio
•    Utilize the frame (e.g. product vision) of our global portfolio to drive a convincing storytelling and go-to-market approach for the products and services in your scope 
•    Take an active role in shaping the development of E.ON’s global proposition portfolio, contributing in international teams to build new proposition strategies and concepts for roll-out across Europe  
Your profile
In order to be successful in this role we believe that you have a degree in business administration, economics, engineering or similar field. We believe that you have experience in experience in proposition development and product marketing but also experience of leading cross-functional teams in a project. Preferable you have experience in the area of electric mobility. Do you have experience in project delivery in an international setting it’s a plus.   
We believe you are a self-starter with a solution- and performance oriented person. You are really into creative problem-solving and have analytical and conceptual skills. For us it’s important that you have a strong customer orientation and good communication skills.  
This position is located in Malmö or Stockholm.
