KRY/LIVI is a digital healthcare service enabling patients to meet and seek advice from healthcare professionals online. Working with KRY/LIVI you will be joining a fast-growing company, small enough for you to play an important role in shaping our way of working and building our teams, but big enough to really make an impact and innovate healthcare.
We’re growing quickly and are looking for a Sales Manager to help us increase sales and address customer needs within our B2B area.
The B2B Sales Manager responsibilities include presenting our solutions and services to potential customers, identifying specific consumer characteristics and recommending ways to promote and sell our solutions. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication abilities and be highly motivated to meet sales goals.
Ultimately, you will help us grow our customer base and establish our reputation in the B2B area.
Who you are
- Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers
- Identify business opportunities and challenges
- Report on sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually)
- Present our products and services to prospective customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions
- Work closely with the B2B team and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales quotas
- Answer customer questions about features, pricing and additional services
- Identify potential barriers early and develop practical solutions and workarounds.
- Work with partners, external and internal stakeholders to implement solutions in a timely and efficient way.
- Report directly to the Director of B2B.
Who you are
- Passionate about transforming the way healthcare is delivered in a patient-focused manner.
- A fearless can-do attitude with a drive towards closing deals.
- Resilient with a proven track record of driving end to end B2B solution sales
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry and/or sale to HR departments is a plus
- A great communicator. You can distill complex information into simple, structured points.
- Experience with CRM software
- Ability to build strong, personal relationships with people that strike the balance between friendly and professional.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple unknowns
- Continuously looking for ways to improve what you do with a holistic mindset on how to best have a positive impact on the company mission.
- Experience of working in a B2B Sales role, optimally in a fast-growing organization of cross-functional teams.
