We offer our customers a convenient, sustainable mobility experience with simple pricing, flexible ownership, car sharing, connectivity and of course subscription as a new way of ownership. For our B2B sales force, we are now looking to add a
B2B Sales Support
You handle the B2B sales process from a business customer request to a final order and everything around that. You act as the main contact for (Leasing) companies to communicate expected delivery dates and documents.
You will support the Swedisch B2B Sales Manager and be part of the international B2B Sales team operating in 7 different countries in Europe.
What you'll do
- Handle the full lead-to-order process
- Keep the CRM system up-to-date and ensure cars are ordered
- Have all the necessary data available for a great customer experience
- Manage order process for 3rd party lease customers and our own Lynk & Co Lease orders
- Work closely with the Swedish B2B Sales manager to together achieve the Swedish business sales volume and revenue targets
What you bring
- Experience working at a Leasing company and knowledge of the local car market would be a plus
- Fluency in Swedish and English
To succeed in the role, you need to be a proactive self-starter and natural problem-solver - and of course a great administrator.
Please note that some business travel might occur.
