About the position
Perido is looking for someone who provides quality service and wants to work with merchant support for our client, a successful company that develops smart and easy payment solutions all over Europe. Here you’ll become part of a wonderful team at the company’s headquarter in the heart of Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
You’ll play an important role by guiding the merchants and helping them with purchase-support or any other request regarding the company’s products and services. Your servicemind and administrative skills and will come in handy in this role. The role will revolve around:
Dedicated and compassionate contact by phone, email and chat with merchants regarding purchases or various requests
Close interaction with other departments within the company
Interaction with third parties
Other, similar tasks for the role

Your qualifications
We are looking for someone with previous experience within support and is passionate about problem solving. You thrive when the tempo is high, and you know how to work efficiently without compromising the quality of service. We see that you are fluent in English as well as in Swedish, which are the two languages you will use in your daily work. Furthermore, we believe you are social, driven and kind and always want to do your very best.

Requirements
High School education
1 year minimum of experience within Customer Service
Great computer skills in general
Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish

Meritorious
Communication skills in German

Contract type
Full time, consulting assignment until 26/8-22, thereafter possible extension/take over. Start 21/2-22.
