About the job:
This is a full-time consulting assignment that lasts for 24 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Samsung. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

As B2B Support Agent, you will have an integral part in ensuring we stay on top of the market and continue to enrich and simplify the consumers’ lives.
Tasks and responsibilities:
To assist with professional customer service by, with the customer in focus, troubleshooting and supporting each individual customer regarding following products: Air condition, monitors, hospitality TV, LFD, Laptops, Knox support for mobile phones or any other future released products aimed for the Nordic B2b market.
• To keep what has been agreed upon, as well as follow up on the customer's case as needed.
• Handling of customers / cases by telephone and mail.
• Follow up selected cases to ensure that solution / service is performed according to agreement.
• Correctly register customer interactions and contacts to ensure the best possible experience.
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• Minimum 1 year experience from technical support by phone, for similar products
• Medium/high experience of Outlook, Word and Excel
• Experiences working with SLA targets
• Good in Finnish and English, both speech and writing
• Great skills of using a computer as a work tool, such as being able to navigate easily between different systems
You are meticulous in your work and can create structure and order. To thrive in the role, you like to have many things going on and are good at prioritizing tasks. You have a great interest in service, always put the customer in focus and try to deliver solutions. As a person, you are also curious and contribute with ideas and new perspectives. You appreciate a fast pace and take your own initiative.
