David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Online travel Agency who are looking to recruit B2B Support Specialist for their Brno offices.
Position: B2B Support Specialist
Location: Brno, Czech Republic
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + quarterly bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Point of contact for B2B partners (24/7 support team)
Handle the requests using various channels (phone calls, emails, chat, tickets, or internal systems)
Ensure the solution delivery with the highest standards within the targeted SLAs
Provide continuous feedback from both internal teams and B2B partners to ensure the highest quality of the service provided
Maintain and update all job-related administrative forms.
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in English, both oral and written
Previous experience in customer service roles is mandatory
Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach
Holder of EU Passport (no visa sponsorship available)
Comfortable communicating using various channels (telephone, email, social media, etc).
Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time
Academic degree will be considered as an advantage.
