Right now we are looking for a BA Meeting the Customer Specialist to join Business Area DOW (Dining, Outdoor & Secondary Storage, Workspaces) and to be responsible for Home furnishing business (HFB) Outdoor and Secondary Storage.
Business Area (BA) DOW is a very exciting business area with a mission to reach more of the many people. We have ambitious plans, exciting range and a strong position in people and planet positive. Outdoor and Secondary Storage range plays a significant role in attracting consumers, and especially through the Outdoor products with its seasonal pattern. Readiness and accuracy are key factors of success as we need to be fully ready at the right time to maximise the impact! Our Secondary Storage range cater for solving storage needs for our customers in various areas of the home.
Job Description
As BA Meeting the Customer Specialist for HFB Outdoor & Secondary Storage you maximize the sales and growth opportunities with the offer we have, and create the optimal conditions for sales and growth with the new offer we are developing, ensuring that the sales related requirements for a successful meeting with the customer are incorporated within the development of a defined business for both NEWs and running range.
Your main tasks will be:
• Leading the sales contribution in to the development teams, with focus on setting sales solution requirements on the product (ex: packaging requirements, services, aftersales, spare parts,…) and securing the initial forecast on NEWs
• Leading collaboration and market input to secure the meeting the customer requirements for the defined business
• Securing competitive monitoring and the follow-up of pricing KPIs
• Defining the need and requirements for supporting the buying process (ex: planners, brochures,...)
• Identify the need for range related services, after sales and spare parts
• Securing the content of the meeting the customer components in the briefing of sales components and rRange presentation for the HFB
• Contributing to the development of range and product communication
• Securing range and product knowledge content related to easy buying and selling to retail partners
• As Outdoor is a seasonal business, and we have a limited time to meet customers and deliver our plans, you have a strong entrepreneurial spirit to maximise the impact, a strong passion for accuracy and readiness at any level.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have great interest for business and a capability to focus on a defined business area while maintaining a holistic perspective of cross business needs. You have a retail background where you have gained good knowledge in the market and competitor landscape of business that you are accountable for. You have an interest for people and business together and a good ability to lead cross organisations.
We also believe that you have:
• High knowledge in the HFB Business plan, goals and objectives
• Good knowledge in the market and competitor landscape of the HFB:s that you are accountable for
• High knowledge in Easy Buying and Selling areas, and understanding of the retail environment, with focus on how the offer meets the customer
• Good knowledge in conversion drivers in the different touchpoints in the HFB:s that you are accountable for
• High understanding of the Customer experience map
• Capability to work on an operational level while connecting actions to the defined strategy and tactics for the business.
• Capability to influence stakeholders in order achieve the common goal of growth and profitability
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
