Are you a driven, well-organized, and open-minded person who brings people together? Miele AB is looking for a Senior Sales agent to support their Sales Team and customers in Sweden. Do you have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, are fluent in English and Swedish, and have good knowledge of SAP? Then the role is yours. Academic Work is responsible for the recruitment process but you will be hired directly by Miele.

Together with Miele, we are now looking for a Senior Sales Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for the business partner sales requests and ensure the satisfaction of all the business partners while representing the premium standards of the brand. You will also support the Sales Team in their daily operations. Academic Work is responsible for the recruitment process but you will be employed directly by Miele.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
You will for example
* Be the Nordic Key User in SAP/CRM
* Handle sales requests, orders, returns, information requests, and complaints timely and thoroughly
* Support sales team with laundry room planning
* Backup your team members and handle requests from sales representatives
* Coordinate projects in cooperation with Sales and Project Managers
* Keep technical knowledge up to date by regular completion of training

In this recruitment process, we will focus a lot on your interest in the position as well as your personal skills. We are looking for someone who is a team player that brings people together and is strong in their communication. You can cope with workload peaks and can handle different tasks simultaneously. You are structured, accurate, and service-minded and have always the customer's best interest at heart.
We expect you to
* Have worked at least 3-5 years as Contact Center Agent or in a corresponding role
* Have strong skills in SAP as well as ERP and CRM systems
* Have good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
* Have a good understanding of B2B Sales support vs Pro customers
* Be fluent in Swedish and English since both the languages are used in the daily work
Meritious:
* Experience in marketing
* Experience in using a program for room planning, for example, for kitchen or interior
