This is a limited position for 6 months.Your main task and responsibilities as a Back office employee.

• Fulfilment of daily routines connected with the functional responsibility
• Coordination of work and documentation of routines within assigned area
• Validation of trades - check trades in consideration of recent rules and regulations
• Reconciliation of exchange and broker trades
• Settlement of internal and external counterparts
• Check daily and monthly invoices
• Business Controlling and Process Controlling
• Administration of exchange trades and exchange account
• Other functional responsibilities are improvement and development of processes

As a Back office employee, you have the following qualifications
• University degree in business administration or economics
• Work experience in the field of back office or similar function
• High competence in business administration
• Basic competence in corporate finance and accounting
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Team oriented, reliable, and binding
• Stress resistant and able to work under time-pressure
• Accurate, and a high sense of responsibility
• Flexible, and a positive attitudeLocation: Stockholm, Solna
