ABC Labs
A new clinical laboratory has opened up with the purpose to increase the national capacity for analysis of Covid-19 infection. The lab is located at Biomedicum, Campus Solna, offering state of the art facilities. ABC Labs is now expanding and looking for a back office operator.
Job Description/Areas of Responsibility
The role consists of supporting the operations by managing the errand handling and customer support, managing administrative tasks as well as taking care of the office. This would entail continuous communication with the lab staff and the management team in order to follow-up errands in results reporting flow. It would also entail assisting in different administrative tasks that arise in the everyday operations as well as the occasional ordering of office supplies etc.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is service minded and feels confident in a technical environment. To enjoy this position it is important that you feel comfortable with independently planning and documenting your work. You appreciate the importance of teamwork and it is therefore important that you are flexible and have good collaboration skills. As a person you are structured and communicative, and enjoy being a part of improvement processes.
