Backend Developer / Designer

We are now developing a platform for a customer and we are now looking for a skilled developer for our backend system. As a developer with us you have the opportunity to work in an agile and cross functional team contributing in all stages of the development process. The project is in-house and your location will be in Uppsala, Sweden.
Your role
Deliver high quality and well-structured code
Design, architect and implement backend features
Take an active part in game creation and specification
Maintain and optimize new and existing features
Share knowledge and help colleagues



Your Skills
Academic background from computer science or similar!
Passionate about games and game development
Can communicate English or Swedish



Huge Bonus Skills
Experience working with a game server
Experience in Java spring framework
Experience in SQL, Docker, Terraform
Speaks Japanese



Bonus
Experience playing Riichi or other types of multiplayer mahjong.
