Backend developer to a prop-tech startup Yanzi Networks

To continue our growth with quality, we are now looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Java developer!

About the role & the team

As a backend developer at Yanzi, you get to develop and design solutions that affects the core of the platform, a distributed system where both Cloud architecture and sensor networks are involved.

You will be a part of a small backend team of three, but also collaborate closely with the rest of the engineering team to acquire new knowledge and discuss decisions regarding the Yanzi IoT platform. To deliver high quality products, we need your competence to contribute to design and architecture-decisions. You will also take ownership of certain sub systems of the platform.

We look beyond your resume, but we think that you have:

An educational background in IT/engineering

At least 2 years of professional experience in Java

Experience with Unit testing

Experience of working in distributed systems

We consider it a plus if you have:

An interest in IoT, creative user interfaces or similar

Experience with Kubernetes or Docker

Experience with Embedded systems
