The role of a Backend Developer in the Product Success Engineering team. You will as an engineer in our PSE-team be part of a cross-functional team working on our most important projects, delivering our healthcare platform to our partners.
The team is working closely with our customers to implement development initiatives, integrations and customizations based on customer-specific needs, which also more than often ends up being part of the general product offering. You will work across the whole platform, owning everything from architecture to implementation for specific partners.

We are growing quickly, and are on a global expansion and this role will be in the frontline of driving our journey.

What are we looking for

- Communication skills - you should be comfortable collaborating and communicating with external partners and internal stakeholders to find the solutions to problems the teams are facing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced role - you like to get things done having a generalist mindset digging into where it's needed.
- Experience - from Java, Spring Boot, with a good understanding of API design and relational database design.
- Development focus - You are keen on developing your knowledge and want to broaden your skill-set with frontend technologies.
