Your workday

You will belong to the CPM-team, which is one of Fortum’s development teams. In this group, the main focus is IoT, operation of physical chargers in the field and their platform. Together with other developers in the team and one Tech Lead, you will work with the whole life cycle of these services, including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing and deployement.



You will have a close collaboration with product owners and others within the company, and together you will be working in an agile environment with a DevOps-mindset to ensure secure and scalable services with usability and the customer in focus.





Who are you?

We are looking for candidates with a few years of experience in Java and Spring. Knowledge in AWS, Kafka and Jenkins is also greatly valued. This is a great opportunity if you want to broaden your experience in APIs and noSQL, since you are going to use these techniques as well. Furthermore, we would like you to have some kind of degree in IT, and that you are fluent in both written and spoken English.

You have a genuine passion for technology and programming, and you enjoy working with agile and flexible methods. You perceive yourself as an outgoing person that can communicate about technology in a pedagogical and intelligible way. You are detail oriented, but can also look to the whole, and you are motivated by taking responsability and by delivering secure and qualitative solutions that will last in a long-time perspecitve.
