The role

MAJORITY is looking for a Backend team manager for the MoneyFlow team. You will manage and grow the MoneyFlow team with about 10 direct reports. This role is in charge of creating and driving the engineering culture, growing our software development process. The MoneyFlow team is responsible for the cash flow in & out of MAJORITY accounts.

Key Responsibilities 

 


Leads the backend engineering team

Keeps the development and the deliveries up to speed in close collaboration with product.

Recruits great developers for the team

Sets the culture and enhance cooperation with frontend team



 

Qualifications

 


5+ years of experience working with modern development practices

Secure experience in software development and still enjoy to code.

Have experience in operating transactions intensive systems 24/7

Experience in working with cloud including AZURE

Previous experience with Kubernetes is a plus

Proven track record of building and running high-performance teams is a plus
