This is the job
The job is split into two main categories; Optimization of internal processes and day to day operational tasks. As a Backoffice Specialist for the Swedish market you will work closely with the Swedish support team, the customer experience team, the engineering team as well as other parts of the company. You will get in-depth knowledge of a wide range of processes at Tibber, including customer sign-up, collecting meter data, invoicing and payments. You will also take part in operational tasks such as
- Administrative tasks around customer subscriptions
- Customer communication via e-mail and chat
- Communication with market partners via e-mail and phone
- Invoicing, handling of payments and co-operation with debt collection partners.

- You preferably have experience from the Swedish electricity market
