We are now looking for a Corporate Actions Specialist to process from start to finish the full range of Corporate actions and dividends in the local market for an internet retail Stockbroker.The position is temporary for 3 months initially.The Job: This is a key role which is responsible for processing the day to day events, ensuring controls are observed, and queries are turned around efficiently.The role involves covering both mandatory and voluntary corporate actions.You will be contacting clients, collating responses, dealing with claims, create market protections and elect directly with UK registrars.You will also ensure full reconciliations are up to date for stock and cash positions and answer client responses in a timely manner.Qualifications: * Experience from working with Corporate Actions * Very high attention to detail * Knowledge of local market for all event types * Understand the impact and risks involved with events As a person you need to be social, highly flexible, be able to handle a high workload, be communicative and a true team player.This is an opportunity for the right person to work for an international company The recruitment is ongoing and the position can be filled before the application deadline.Welcome with your application!
