Backoffice/Middleoffice Treasury to NASDAQ OMX

NASDAQ OMX Treasury is a central service function, which deliver financial services directly to top management.The NASDAQ OMX Group operates in a constantly changing environment, which means a large number of new challenging projects.The Treasury function consists of a European and a US Treasury center, and this position is in the European center.

In the position as Back Office/Middle Office at Treasury you will be responsible for post-trade handling of financial transactions within the Treasury Operations.Your main duties will be reconciliation and settlement of transactions, payments, cash management, produce daily and monthly risk and P/L reports, accounting issues in connection to monthly closings.The main transactions are within the FX, Fixed Income and Money Market.You will be an important member of the Treasury team and will work closely with supporting the internal bank operations of NASDAQ OMX.


Qualifications:

University degree or similar with focus on Finance and Business Administration
1-2 years experience from administrative work within a Finance function or similar, backoffice or accounting
Experience from or great interest in working with financial systems such as accounting, treasury or other administrative systems
Computer skills in Microsoft Office
Excellent language skills in written and spoken English and Swedish

To suit this position you are a very ambitious person with great eagerness to learn and with high integrity.You have an understanding of accounting issues and financial markets and instruments.Short time frames and new prioritized tasks require high degree of flexibility.Furthermore you have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well both with internal and external contacts.You show high administrative capabilities and pay attention to details.

This is a permanent full time position located in Stockholm.Desired start date is before the summer.As the selection and interview process is ongoing, please submit your application as soon as possible, but no later than May 21th, 2010.
