Requirements: Apprenticeship as baker for min. 3 years
Working experience (preferably international) for min. 3-5 years at upscale hotels / restaurants / cruise ships.
Good knowledge of English

To uphold company standards in the bakery shop
Notice Time: 14 days. If less than 14 days notice is given, the Company has the right to deduct costs incurred for replacement
Second contract +: 30 days
Salary: USD 2,584.00 / month net basic wage (currency = US Dollar)
USD 456.00 / month net vacation pay (accumulated and paid out at completion of contract
Additional seniority bonus will apply for consecutive contracts
Working Hours: As per department schedule and work load (7 days a week)
Accommodations:Two berth cabin with shared shower / toilet
Crew: International
Uniform: Crew member to bring non-skid shoes (for safety reasons)
Appearance: Hair, sideburns, and mustaches must be kept neatly trimmed and of an acceptable length. Hair should be off the collar. Beards are not acceptable.
Jewelry is not part of the uniform. Only inconspicuous pieces may be worn.
No visible tattoos are acceptable.
Travel: All travel from the crew member's place of residence to the ship is paid and arranged by the Company.
After completion of contract, the repatriation costs are at the crew member's expense, but are fully reimbursable upon returning for a consecutive contract.
Company pays for repatriation after the third contract
Passport / Visas: Crew member must be in possession of a passport valid for at least one year as well as all required visas.
Medical Exam: A basic medical examination is required. Applicants with confirmed joining date will receive all necessary information by mail.
Vaccinations: Crew member must have valid Yellow Fever Vaccination
Insurance: Crew member is insured under the ship's P&I insurance. This insurance covers only illness and injury which may occur during the service contract. Pre-existing conditions, routine check-ups, medication for chronic conditions, dental and optical expenses are not covered (except emergency treatments due to work related accident).
Optional medical insurance during vacation periods can be applied for onboard at crew member's expense.
