Söderberg & Sara is a well established sourdough bakery in sea side-town Ystad. We work artisanally with locally grown grains and produce, and mainly sell our products in our own café/shop. We are a small and friendly team of bakers who work side by side, always aiming to improve and develop our skills and products.
We are looking for:
- professional experience and/or education in sour dough bread.
- Knowledge of common procedures in a bakery; proofing, mixing, shaping, baking.
- Experience in laminated doughs; croissants, viennoiserie.
- A constant drive to bake consistently at a very high level and quality.
- Great team and social abilities, positive attitude and a friendly manner.
