We are looking for: - professional experience and/or education in sour dough bread. - Knowledge in common procedures in a bakery; proofing, mixing, shaping, baking. - Experience in laminated doughs; croissants, viennoiserie. - A constant drive to bake consistent at a very high level and quality. - Great team and social abilities, positive attitude and a friendly manner.
