BAM and process manager SWIM - Gothenburg/Remote

Computing Architecture is in charge of designing the whole in-vehicle electrical architecture, including topology, function allocation, and basetech SW.
In this job, you will work with the current SW problem management system used by CEVT, Geely, and Lotus projects, as well as look for the future generation of SW issue management system, which will include task handling and backlogs linked to agile SW development.
• Gather business requirements for issue management systems; • Identify and prioritise the need for improvements in issue management processes, methods, and tools; and • Drive improvements in issue management processes, techniques, and tools.
• Ensure issue progress by motivating the issue owners
• Make forecasts about how the overall problem status will change; and • Report issue status to management and project teams.
• Control user access to the system.


Requirements:


• A bachelor's degree in electronics engineering, an MBA, or an equivalent is required.


• Knowledge of automobile development, particularly software development


• Knowledge of issue management systems (JIRA), Sharepoint, Microsoft Office, and Power BI.


• Capable of working in an organised manner


• Problem-solving speed and efficiency


• English fluency. both spoken and writing


• Capable of dealing with rapid changes


• Able to travel on occasion
