Job Description
BancTec is looking for a Business Analyst. As a member of the Business Solution Group (BSG), you will be working in close cooperation with other members in specifying requirements, designing, developing, configuring and testing of software solutions to be used for document capture and data extraction. These solutions will be used internally or in an external customer environment. As part of a global team you will collaborate with clients and colleagues in all major markets.

The Solution Consultant will be involved in the following activities on day to day basis:

• Collation of requirements
• Design and specification of the solution derived from information from other sources (Project Management, Sales, Customers etc). The design work will lead to a functional and/or technical design
• Presentation and demonstration of the proposed solution to Project Management, Sales and/or client
• Effort estimations of the proposed solution with assistance from Software Developers and Project Managers
• Code and design review.
• Liaison with third party component suppliers on technical configurations
• Input delivery to RFI’s and RFP’s
• Analysis of existing processes within a prospective clients business
• Participation in the bid approval process

The successful candidate will be working in close cooperation with the other members of the Business Solutions Group on the design, development, configuration, testing and delivery of software solutions used for document capture and data extraction. These solutions will be used internally in the BancTec BPO department or at the customer premises. The vacancy is based in newly renovated facilities in Västberga, Stockholm.

Requirements / Qualifications
• Higher education level, University degree in relevant field or equivalent
• Good working knowledge of the software development & delivery and project delivery process is a requirement. Programming knowledge is not a requirement for this role
• Knowledge/experience in business processes engineering is very beneficial
• Ability to act and collaborate in a global environment
• At least 5 years experience working in similar fields
• Client contact is a part of this role and good communication skills are essential.
• Fluent in Swedish and English is required, both written and spoken
• Past Involvement in IT technical sales is a prerequisite.
• Business Process knowledge with regards to the paper and electronic information flow in organizations (input management and output management)
• Design Methodologies / Concepts
• BPMN / RUP / UML
• Agile, Scrum, DevOps
• SQL, ITIL, other project management tools
