BAR SERVER

- To be between 21 and 34 years old due to Visa Regulations
- To be fluent in English
- To have at least the last 2 years of full time experience in a high-volume bar or cocktail lounge, a solid knowledge of cocktail recipes and international alcohol brands
- Flair is a plus
- To be Guest orientated, flexible and team minded, to have an outgoing personality with talent for up selling
- No visible tattoo or piercing allowed

Quick job facts:
As a Bar Server you will:
- Provide friendly and efficient service in cocktail lounges, tropical deck bars, cafes, fast-paced, nightclubs and Castaway Cay beaches
- Practice up selling and suggestive selling techniques
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of areas to meet United States Public Health (USPH) standards
- Work with a diverse team of 975 Crew Members (60 on the Beverage Team) of over 50 nationalities
- Learn the finer details about dozens of cocktails, wines, beers and spirits
