In this position you will contribute to SSP?s success by providing legendary customer service to all customers. You create the Starbucks Experience for our customers by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. The Barista takes orders and serves food and beverage items to our customers in a timely, friendly, enthusiastic and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage, a pro-active and "can do" attitude, providing exceptional service to our guests. The Starbucks store opening and closing hours will vary between 03.00-23.00 seven days a week so you must be available to work between these hours. Job Requirements Summary of Experience Customer service experience in a coffee shop, cafe or restaurant environment (minimum one year). Cash handling and customer service experience preferred (minimum 1 year). Fluent in Swedish with very good English skills. Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and co-workers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner. Requires the ability to learn and maintain knowledge of Starbuck's products and procedures. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to act with a customer comes first attitude and deliver excellent customer service that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
