The Starbucks Store is located at Arlanda Airport. Starbucks is the largest coffeehouse company in the world. Starbucks purchases and roasts high-quality whole bean coffees and sells them along with fresh, rich-brewed, Italian style espresso beverages, a variety of pastries and confections, and coffee-related accessories and equipment.

In this position you will contribute to SSP´s success by providing legendary customer service to all customers. You create the Starbucks Experience for our customers by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Best of all, you'll be a part of a great team creating a welcoming environment.

The Barista takes orders and serves food and beverage items to our customers in a timely, friendly, enthusiastic and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage, a pro-active and "can do" attitude, providing exceptional service to our guests.

The Starbucks store opening and closing hours will vary between 04.00-23.00 seven days a week so you must be available to work between these hours.

Summary of key Responsibilities:
Builds relationships and delivers legendary customer service by acting with a ?customer comes first? attitude, engaging the customer in conversation, and connecting with them. Greets customers and takes food order; provides information about products and looks for opportunity to "up-sell" products.
Prepares all drink orders to Starbucks and SSP standards.
Operates a cash register and follows all SSP service and cash handling policies and procedures.
Educates and informs customers about the differences among coffee beans, coffee preparation and home brewing methods.
Cleans and stocks customer area.
Follows SSP and Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those for safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift.
Job Requirements
Summary of Experience
Customer service experience in a coffee shop, café or restaurant environment (minimum one year).
Cash handling and customer service experience preferred (minimum 1 year).
Fluent in Swedish with very good English skills.
Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and co-workers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.
Requires the ability to learn and maintain knowledge of Starbuck's products and procedures.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to act with a customer comes first attitude and deliver excellent customer service that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
Effective oral communication skills.
Knowledge of the coffee shop environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
