Professionalism: Excellent communication skills, reliability, and a professional demeanor.
Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to different family needs and schedules, with the ability to handle various tasks and responsibilities.
CPR and first aid certification (or willingness to obtain) .
Clear background check and references.
