Bartender to Sheraton Stockholm Hotel

We are now looking for a brilliant Bartender to join our dynamic and creative Food and Beverage team and be part of our exciting journey ahead of us. 


 


Your profile:

- Creative, energetic, organized person with positive attitude and excellent communication skill in English to communicate efficiently and effectively with a diverse group of guests and team members. 

- Have exceptional customer service skills, like going the extra mile and create unique memorable experiences for our guests.

- Have at least two years experience in a high level cocktail bar within the hotel or restaurant industry.

- Strong knowledge of mixology, classic cocktails as well as wine, beer and spirits.

- Used to working in an high pace environment.

 


CORE WORK ACTIVITIES:

- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.

- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations. 

- Check customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.

- Processing payments.

- Managing inventory and keep the bar organized and clean.

- Take part of developing our cocktail menu.
