Job Description
In this job you close cooperation with local sales teams and with solution architect to develop battery customers in the best possible way, main interfaces are:
CoC Battery and local sales orga. In creation off account development plans
The battery solution architect in the customer acquisition with dedicated sales and account development capabilities
customers and partners in the development of convincing business offers as well as long lasting relations. In all hierarchical levels.
Orchestrate the ecosystem around the selected accounts. Partners, sub-suppliers, consultancies etc.

Develop partnerships with customer, system integrators and partners in the battery field.
High relationship management capabilities to build long lasting top management relations.
Quick comprehension to analyze complex facts, to formulate them concisely and to derive suitable business solutions
Experience and expertise in developing sustainable business relations in a complex global omni channel set-up.
Confident, positive appearance, motivated and communicative with customer affinity and willingness to travel (business fluent English)

Identification and evaluation of market trends in battery technology and derivation of the relevant trends for factory automation: The job holder follows the market and technical trends. Within the CoC battery, the Account Development Manager on the role of the end-user, while the battery expert assumes the role of the OEM. From the interaction of these two roles and the identified drivers (market, politics, technology, ...) the overall battery strategy is then derived.

Qualifications

Completed studies in the field of engineering, natural sciences or comparable disciplines, for example chemistry, physics, electrical engineering, economics, process engineering ... PhD
