Your mission
Development of products is already ongoing and has been awarded the Dare to think new Award. Next step in this exciting journey is to launch products to the market and our customers. As Battery Conversion Specialist, you will be responsible to identify, drive and execute business development activities related to battery conversions opportunities. For the right candidate this is a unique chance to be part of building up a new business opportunity within PSD. You will develop case studies demonstrating the value of this technology to customers and internally, taking Live Work Elimination and sustainability into consideration. In this role you will create a plan on where PSD will perform conversions and what markets to cover.
You will follow up on orders and be first point of contact for Customer Centers and deliver proactive business support within Customer Centers to grow the electrification business, improve efficiency and profit levels. Provide the division with relevant information concerning competitor information, activities and pricing strategies will also be part of the work.
You will have the opportunity to monitor industry trends to promote ongoing improvement, provide market forecasts and ensure best possible commercial outcome. Furthermore you will develop an order to delivery process with efficiency and lead time as main drivers along with drive implementation of conversion products into new markets.

You have a University degree or similar knowledge developed through working experience.
We believe you have Business administration knowledge or business experience from parts and service area. Project Management experience and/or formal project management certification.
As our corporate language is English, verbal and written communication skills in English are required.

This position is located in Örebro, Sweden.
