What do we do?


At the Energy and Storage System, ESS, section we´re responsible for the complete battery solution. We are accountable for the lifecycle management of the ESS, from advanced engineering, throughout product development into the maintenance phase. In Battery Management System (BMS)-HW group we´re looking for a highly experienced Electronics Engineer that can join our team. The team runs an agile set up where we build on team members strengths and complement each other to become a successful team and have fun at work.


What will you do?


In this position you will design, validate and contribute to requirement brake down for Electronics that will be used in all our battery projects. Since we do development in a collaborative way you will work together with internal and external stakeholders and follow up deliveries from suppliers in order to ensure we deliver the quality products that our customers expect and deserve.


Who are you?


As a person you are a team player and a problem solver, you drive for results and have no problem in dividing problems into chunks that can be grasped by you or your teammates. You are quick to pick up technical details, structured and have a good sense for planning your individual work. If team member needs help you freely offer your support and are no stranger to coaching others. Coaching and mentoring comes as second nature to you. You are curious by nature and probably like to tinker with technology on your spare time.


Relevant Experience


To succeed in the role as BMS HW Electronics Engineer we believe that you have the following background:
MSc. Engineering, preferably MSc. Electrical Engineering.
5-6 years in similar positions.
Extensive experience from automotive electronics & detailed hardware design.
A very good understanding in Hazards when introducing and designing electronics in higher voltage applications.
Knowledge & Experience in using standard engineering methods like for instance DFMEA & SFMEA.
Good knowledge and experience in using design tools for electronics



Merit
Experience in Electromobility area at other manufacturers.
