Arbetsbeskrivning
As Sales & Demand Planning Analyst your role includes the following responsibilities:
Key stakeholder to collect, consolidate and assess various customer and market demand signals (POS Sell In/Sell Through, Retailer Inventory, Ordering History).
Support organization based on understanding of dynamic sales trends. Close cooperation with Sales department and customers to leverage POS/Sell-through analytics in best possible manner.
Utilize demand signals to create a channel demand forecast at the Material/UPC & Monthly level. Coordinate with cross function stakeholders (Supply Planning, Transportation/Logistics, Brand, Sales, Sourcing), to gain understanding and alignment on the Demand Forecast.
Contribute to ensure delivery of Supply KPOs (Service, Inventory, Cost and Culture).
Close co-operation with and back-up to the Demand Planning Manager and the Sales Operations Manager.
Perform additional Job related tasks and duties as required by the business.
You will report directly to the Director of Finance for the region and be located at our European administrative HQ in Gothenburg.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration with 3-5 years of experience in supply chain or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of and exposure to Demand Planning & Sales Operations preferred.
Experience with ERP and Planning Systems (SAP, Logility, etc).
Experience in gathering & Analyzing retailer POS/Sell through to tease out trends and business insights, which can be used to improve forecasting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to communicate complex and controversial topics to a diverse audience.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Strong analytic and critical thinking skills with the ability to seek creative solutions.
Proficient in MS Office.
