About the role 

Are you a master of multitasking with a knack for turning frowns into smiles? We’ve got just the role for you! As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the superhero that customers rely on. Whether it’s placing an order, seeking advice, or lodging a complaint, you’ll be their go-to problem solver.

You’ll also provide support in your teammates’ absence, whether within the same team or across different teams. You’ll work closely with Supervisors and Mentors on specific projects, manage administrative duties including holiday, sickness, and overtime, attend regular team meetings to stay in the loop and contribute to team success. You will take on additional tasks as needed to keep up service performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.

What do you get?

You will receive €500 to help with your relocation costs, such as flight ticket or accommodation costs.
An annual gross salary of €21,221 (€1,685 per month).
A performance bonus of up to €2,000 per year.
A language bonus of €1,478.28 per year.
You will receive a monthly food card of €80 per month.
There are also career development programs and specialised courses available.
You will get organisational help e.g. with registration and banking.
A permanent contract.
You will have 23 days of paid vacation each year. There are also 14 national holidays in Spain. If you have to work on those days, you’ll get paid double.

What's required?

You have native Norwegian language skills (written and spoken).
Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
1+ Year experience in Customer service is required.
Working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/ internet configuration required.
Working experience in electric vehicles is a pre.
You are available for a minimum of 6 months.
You’re at least 18 years old.
Very good communication, and listening skills.
