Job Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional bar service in all guest areas including Castaway Cay according to company set standards

Take guest drink orders, deliver drinks, interact with guests in a bar setting

Request proof of identity to verify age of guest before serving alcoholic drinks to guests that appear to be underage

Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the bar area (clear tables, wash glasses)

Have the ability and confidence to discontinue serving alcohol to specific guests

Maintain friendly and professional attitude towards guests and coworkers

May assist in preparation of drinks as necessary

Understands food safety programs and maintains USPH sanitation and cleanliness standards throughout work area

Practices up-selling and suggestive selling techniques

Keeps accurate record of daily sales
Qualifications:Candidate must be very open minded to any training and continuous improvement of service techniques required to achieve a higher standard

Must have knowledge of international cocktail recipes and international alcohol brands

Must be able to lift a 30 pound tray of drinks

Should have a positive outlook and outgoing personality

Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in the bar industry with high volume experience preferred (Ship experience preferred but not necessary)
