BI Analyst

Nefab Group is on a growth journey and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed. Nefab is in the beginning of a large transformation project with the change of ERP platform within the group. We are therefore looking to strengthen our team with a BI Analyst.

The BI Analysts’ role is to execute and implement the BI solution and reports required to meet the business requirements of the organization. Working with cross-functional teams, you will be required to gather and document business requirements, as well as use BI and database tools to develop reporting solutions to meet business needs.

Key responsibilities includes;

• Analysis of reporting requirements together with business analysts
• Be the main responsible to manage and coordinate all BI related tasks in the ERP Project
• Build a strong and dynamics reporting platform that can be rolled out together with the ERP system
• Design the future BI Solution together with the Group BI Manager
• Provide technical assistance and cross training to other team members
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards

You will be part of Group Business Applications BI team, which is responsible for the BI platform and supporting the organization with reports and information.

We are flexible about the location of this position, but we would appreciate it to be close to any of the Nefab Group’s offices in Sweden (Jönköping, Kista, Skultuna, Staffanstorp, Runemo or Alingsås).

Your profile

• Five to ten years of relevant working experience within manufacturing industry.
• High general understanding of ERP-system and their processes
• Strong experience in Microsoft SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, SQL Server, PowerBI,
• Experience from Infor Birst and Infor datalake
• Team player with collaborative and networking skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Easy to learn new tools/systems
• Experience from setting up dashboards and building reports in Infor Cloudsuite
