BI-Analyst to Hedin IT

The automotive industry is changing rapidly, where digitalization is pushing a drastic change in purchasing behaviours. In order to understand these changes and retain our strong position on the market, decisions must be based on data.

Our goal is to ensure that the right information reaches the right person at the right time. As a BI-Analyst you will evaluate and drive our businesses forward within the entire Hedin Group.

You're probably wondering what a day at work looks like...

let us tell you! You will be part of our Business Intelligence team responsible for building our BI platform and visualizing data to reach new insights. You will act as product owner of our platform towards given stakeholders within Hedin Group. It involves gathering needs from the organisation, translating them into requirements and user stories to the development team, and delivering insights through reports and dashboards in Power BI.

During a work week you will also:

- Strategize and present ideas to stakeholders
- Manage and prioritize backlog and ensure we meet the objectives in each sprint
- Evaluate and implement new analysis methods and measurement values
- Evaluate how we collect data from different sources
- Support and educate stakeholders in BI


Who are you?
To succeed in this role, we believe that you are independent and analytical. You will work with multiple projects simultaneously, therefore planning and prioritizing comes naturally for you.
You have a few years of experience in a similar role and are fluent in English, in both spoken and written language. It’s also a plus if you speak Swedish.

If you have experience with data modeling, Power BI, and from an international environment - it is a big plus!
