Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior BI Developer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Take a leadership role in steering the transformation of the BI/DW platform from SAS and Python to SQL and Azure.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for the migration, ensuring alignment with the client’s business goals.
Lead and mentor the project team, providing guidance and expertise throughout the transformation process.
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of SQL and Azure-based solutions, optimizing performance and scalability.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones and objectives.
Foster strong communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners.

What you bring:
Proven experience in leading BI/DW platform transformation projects, including migration from SAS and Python to SQL and Azure.
Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, particularly SQL and Azure.
Industry experience in insurance or a related field is a significant advantage.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide project teams.
