BI Developer - Umeå

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a BI Developer who is experienced in both Frontend (Power BI, cubes) and Backend (DW, ETL – just Snowflake no requirement).

What you'll do:
● Contribute to High Level Engagement and collaborate with Business Analysts to perform a feasibility study, deliver POC and provide consultation and recommendation to stakeholders.
● Perform diagnostic on existing excel reports, develop solutions, perform implementation, and monitor validation processes to ensure data integrity and optimal performance.
● Effectively manage multiple stringent project timelines in fast paced business environment.
● Continuously strive to improve current tools and methodologies to improve the analysis of information.
● Define and maintain internal processes and quality standards documentation to ensure process controls and audits are up to date and aligned to the company’s standards.
Who you are:
● Hands-on experience of at least 2 years of development experience in Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
● Have proven Experience with cloud solutions and modern architectures such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon WS, or Google Cloud.
● Good knowledge of arete with patient data or other sensitive data where there has been a requirement to relate to security and legal space around this.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● Experience in integration development for the purpose of loading from source systems to data warehouses (so-called ETL).
