Mission
You will drive and coordinate multiple team deliverables engaging with multiple delivery leads and BI/Analytics Developers within the Analytics domain.
Lead resources in the BI/Analytics delivery team and be the driver in planning, coordination and process enhancement within the delivery lifecycle.
Actively engage the people throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Drive and enhance the established delivery process for the BI/Analytics domain.
Work close with projects, programs, people, vendors and resources across all levels of the organization.
Secure competence and capacity for efficient BI/Analytics deliveries towards business within the BI/Analytics domain.
Work closely and proactively with business stakeholders to gather and plan requirements with all process councils and divisions within the BI/Analytics domain.
Ensure internal collaboration and alignment with Global BI&Integration Operations Manager to ensure holistic approach on the delivery lifecycle.

Your profile
You have a University degree in relevant fields or similar competence developed through working experience.
Relevant working experience within the Information Technology and BI/Analytics area. Additionally, you have a broad understanding and of business processes and learn easily.
You have experience with leading a team and coaching.
You have proven experience of business analysis and project management.
As our corporate language is English, good verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
You are a team player with a „can do“ attitude.

Location and travel
The location for this role is flexible within the Epiroc IT HUB locations depending on the candidate.
As the role is global and meeting the team and stakeholders is vital, you can expect travelling.
