Sales/Sales NEU/Sales Denmark & Norway
Vestas Northern Europe is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, UK, Ireland, Poland and the Baltic?s. We are responsible for the sales, installation and service of wind farms throughout these regions. We strive to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas, and we aim to make Vestas Northern Europe the best place to work.

The Sales department is responsible for sales in our region, and the department is being developed to cope with the heavily increasing activities in the area. We handle international projects with extensive budgets in a department with a flexible and open work environment. Due to the development and future outlooks on the Northern Europe market, we are expanding our sales team.

Responsibilities
Primarily to direct and control the internal sales process to meet customer requirements in ITT/RFQ and tender phases. whilst ensuring the objectives of the company?s sales strategy is met.

Your responsibilities and tasks will mainly be:
- In conjunction with the Sales Manager, identify customer requirements and proposal evaluation criteria
- Ensure customer requirements and evaluation criteria are incorporated into the sales strategy and bids
- Project manage the sales process and documentation throughout the bidding process, ensuring timely passage through the stages of the sales process
- Ensure involvement of internal stakeholders during execution of the tender/bid
- Ensure timely submission of proposals in accordance with timeline
- Provide contract closing and negotiation support to the Sales Manager

Qualifications
On a professional level you are/have:
- Minimum a bachelors degree in engineering, business, economics or similar
- At least five years experience within an international environment, focused on the development and sales of high value capital equipment
- Familiarity with the typical terms and conditions of very high value engineering/construction contracts and tenders
- Project management/Internal Sales experience
- In-depth understanding of the Vestas Value chain and business drivers
- Fluent in written and verbal English and a Scandinavian language and a Scandinavian language
