Bid Manager

For our client behalf, we are now recruiting a Bid Manager.As Bid Manager you are responsible for mobilizing and lead the ?Bid team', to find the optimal way to win the order, by ensuring that all milestones are completed, quality standards are maintained and ultimately that the competitive bid is delivered on time in a satisfactory manner.[ As Bid Manager of the Lead division you ensure that the bid strategies of the involved division are aligned through direct communication with the bid managers.[ You will mainly work with bids for the Asian market.You have a Master of Science degree and/or a degree in Finance.Good communication both internal and external is essential.You have general understanding of following functions: Technical engineering teams, Procurement, Legal & Finance departments, Project Management, Sales & Marketing and how they come together on a Bid Management Project.Further you have minimum 5 years of relevant experience.Fluent English and Swedish are must.Third language would be an advantage.You are a good user of MS Office.You are willing to travel occasionally, have a structured and a supportive approach.
