BI/DW System Responsible

LOCATION: Stockholm, Sweden

We are an expanding company with a need for efficient BI- and DW solutions. Within our BICC ? Business Intelligence Competence Center we develop different BI-solutions to help our business units make the right strategic and operational decisions. The demand for BI solutions is high and is expected to increase even more as the need for decision support is increasing in most business functions. Right now we are looking for someone who can take the role as System Responsible (SR) for development of our Qlikview tool supporting our online marketing. The fact that we have several different internal customers for our solutions make the work complex and puts pressure on you as SR to understand the different function and their specific needs.

You will be part of a big, complex and still expanding area with a lot of challenges, focusing on future ways of working.

WORK TASKS:
? Leading the delivery team (both onsite and distributed)
? Planning (Delivery, budget and Sourcing)
? Leading change to improve delivery and way of working
? Cooperate with other systems responsible within the BICC
? Handle incidents and problems (communicate, delegate tasks and follow-up)
? Implement strategic and tactical decisions in your team
? Responsible for contract and negotiations with vendors
? Reporting status to interested parties
? Escalate issues and risks to ISR (IT Service Responsible)
? Proactively improve business relations

REQUIRED SKILLS:
? IT background (Solution designer, developer).
? Experienced leader (at least a few years, as project or maintenance manager)
? Great communication skills (English and Swedish)
? Experienced in BI solutions and tools, specifically Qlikview
? You like to work in a fast pace and is driven in your work
? Good at building relations
? Experience from Retail
