Are you passionate about bicycles? Now you have the opportunity to join our team in a new exciting role as Bike Specialist!
As Bike Specialist at Thule you will have the prime responsibility to scout the trends in the bicycle industry and judge how this development affect Thule’s existing and future products.
This knowledge need to be incorporated in our development work which means that you will work in close cooperation with our product development teams and support our projects with knowledge about the interface between the bicycles and Thule products. You will have large contact areas both internal and external.
In addition to this you should develop knowledge on how to guide the customer to the right Thule product with included accessories such as adaptors. You will also contribute in developing purchase and fit guidelines to our bike products.
In the role as Bike Specialist it will be a natural part to travel in order to scout and map the trends on the market.
Your profile
You have a genuine passion for all types of bicycles combined with a technical understanding and engineering skills. It is meritorious if you have experience from bicycles either from selling, repairing or developing as well as knowledge in Solidworks.
To be successful in your new role we believe you are a curious person with a problem-solving mindset and a high ability to present technical solutions. You like to communicate and cooperate, but can still lead yourself in your daily work. Furthermore, we believe you enjoy working hands-on when needed. About our Global Product Development Department
Globally we are over 250 engineers out of the majority is working in our Global Product Development Center in Hillerstorp (Sweden). Our cross functional team consists of highly skilled and motivated members with a well-balanced variety of experiences. We are a truly global company with an international and multi-cultural team. English is the language we use in our daily communication.
