Bilingual customer support

Location: Paris

Customer Support company operating 8km outside of the stunning Paris city centre. They believe in not only providing customer support but building customer relationships.
Duties include provide customer support and other duties as required.

Requirements:
Native level Norwegian, Flemish, Finnish, Swedish, German or Italian with at least B2 English.
Computer literate.
Happy to support and help customers and work with business clients in your own language.
Able to multitask and solve problems on the go.

Obviously if you have experience in a contact centre and/or automotive industry then you'll stand an extremely good chance of being successful.

Interviews will be held by on-line tests, by telephone and/or Skype
