Our client is an industry leader in customer service in Greece and they’re now looking to strengthen their Scandinavian speaking team with more colleagues. In the role of acustomer service agent you will provide assistance to customers who have questions and/or problems about the company's products or services. You communicate with the customers in Swedish as well as Norwegian/Danish via telephone, email and/or live-chat. The employer works on various projects for companies such as Microsoft, Philips, Volkswagen and many other world known brands.

**Due to prevailing circumstances with Covid19, our client offers a safe relocation package including flight ticket, airport pick-up and three weeks in a hotel upon arrival. They will provide you with the equipment necessary to set up a home-office too**

Requirements

Can relocate to Greece on short notice
Excellent understanding of both Swedish and Norwegian or Danish
Great communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic team player
