OM TJÄNSTEN
As the Billing Specialist at our client you will provide preparation of billing for submissions to customers of various types and financial reconciliations. You will prepare and review monthly invoices according to company guidelines utilizing financial reports to ensure compliance with deliverable deadlines.

You will also analyse, research and resolve a variety of internal and external customer inquiries concerning billing status, and initiate communications to external and internal stakeholders to resolve billing queries and discrepancies.

This role will primarily oversee the US territory, so it is important to know that your schedule may have to shift with the time difference. This role can also be demanding during specific dates in a month, during closing period in the beginning of each month.

This is a temporary position for parental leave during 9 months.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
* Have responsible for communication of billing requests through Salesforce and email between customer, sales-team and other internal stakeholders


* Maintain and improve financial documents
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy
* Communicate information to stakeholders and resolve any issues
* Address customer and sales team queries in a timely and accurate manner
* Support monthly and quarterly audits and clean ups


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Have 1-2 years experience from working with billing


* Have good knowledge in MS Office
* Have bachelor’s degree in accounting, or similar field
* Fluent in written and spoken English


Meritorious:


* Familiarity with databases and SQL
* Experience from working with Salesforce, SAP ByD, Hogia and/or other accounting software
