BIM Architect - Gülermak Swedish Filial

Main Responsibilities:
• Act as BIM Architect for Västläken sub-projects E03 Kvarnberget and E04 Haga
• BIM coordination during process of detailed design – define and follow up BIM requirements and standards set by Trafikverket and AGN Haga including BIM Execution Plan, coordinate designers’ work in BIM, management of the BIM design coordination portal, develop and maintain BIM material to support the effective collaboration and support for team members, coordinate BIM deliveries to Trafikverket, quantity extraction from BIM models, participate in general design coordination for all technical disciplines, participation and handling of meetings with Trafikverket.
• Architectural design coordination – coordinate and follow up architectural design performed by consultants, follow up technical requirements on finishing, participation and handling of meetings with designers and Trafikverket, perform technical reviews on architectural design deliverables.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Academic degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Min. 5 years of experience in BIM coordination related to big-scale complex infrastructure projects
• Min. 5 years of experience in architectural design coordination related to big-scale complex infrastructure projects
• Experience in BIM and CAD modelling through Revit, Navisworks and Autodesk
• Good communication and time management skills
• Fluency in English
• Team player, structured and meticulous.
